During a complete remodel of our 1923 bungalow we discovered lovely oak flooring under the carpet. The subcontractor that was being used, while they did an excellent job matching the original hardwood to complete the main level flooring, had two chances to get the refinishing done in a satisfactory manner. They failed miserably.
We brought Eric in to repair what they had done and he did so beyond our expectations. In fact, our consultant on the project hired Eric to do the floors in his own home after seeing what a good job had been done on our home.
After the disappointment of the work done by the other company, I am thrilled and extremely happy with the look of these 100-year-old floors!
